Application method of VCI plastic bags

1. Before packaging, the surface of the anti-rusted items should be cleaned and dried. Then use anti-rust film to package and seal at room temperature. If it is packaged with oil, it should be confirmed that the oil does not contain chemical components such as S and CI, otherwise it will have a negative impact on the effectiveness of VCI.
2. Wear clean gloves when packaging, and do not touch the anti-rusted items with bare hands.
3. If the anti-rusted items have protrusions or edges, use buffers and spacers before wrapping.
4. During the anti-rust packaging operation, the workplace should be away from “highly corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis and acid-corrosive gases”
